Sensory Processing Difficulties

Children who are over- or under-sensitive to sensory input often struggle with everyday activities. Our sensory processing therapy uses structured activities to help children better interpret and respond to sensory information from their environment.

We assess how a child responds to touch, sound, movement, and visual input, then design activities using swings, textured materials, and movement-based play to help the nervous system process sensory information more effectively.

This leads to improved focus, comfort, and participation in daily routines, and we guide parents on simple sensory strategies that can be used at home and school to help children feel calmer and more regulated throughout the day.
